Happy Canada Day!

Hi Happy belated Canada Day!
I LOVE my country, I was out on trap line in the bushes of Kananaskis July
1st so I didn't have time to wish you a Happy Canada Day! I was enjoying
the sun and riding horse back, my daughter stopped over night for a brief
visit. I wasn't in my usual place ..... on stage! Missed that too!
The Calgary Stampede is here..... yeehaw! One of my favourite times of year.
I am going stampeding tomorrow, did one night last week.
Dick Damron a Canadian Country music legend asked me to sing harmony for him
on his famous song "Jesus It's Me Again" when he performs on August 15 at
the Central Music Festival in Red Deer, AB. I am performing before him and
he closes the concert. So I am very touched and honoured that he asked me. I
hope to see you all there, what a great day that will be. You'll get to see
a ton of other Canadian talent, but closing the day is me and my band, and
then Dick.
